5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Subscription Plans The Standard suite subscription is purchased per person for each organization, with a minimum of one person. It includes every current first-party app and agent access through MCP, CLI, and APIs. Agents, API keys, and service identities do not add paid seats. Separately priced premium or third-party apps require an explicit purchase and are not included in the suite subscription. Current prices and included allowances are available on our pricing page . 5.2 Billing and Payment • New Standard suite subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, according to the billing cycle, currency and amount selected at checkout • The 14-day trial requires a payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, it converts to the monthly or annual subscription selected at checkout • Installing an included first-party app adds no license charge, and self-service onboarding has no implementation fee • Provider consumption, including model inference and messaging, is separate from included agent access and is subject to the disclosed spending controls • Payment is due upon subscription or renewal • We accept credit cards and other payment methods as specified • All fees are non-refundable except as provided in our refund policy Included usage allowances are shared within each organization and reset monthly at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month, independently of the selected seat billing cycle. The usage rate card identifies each unit, included allowance and additional-usage rate. By accepting the published rate-card version at checkout, you authorize automatic monthly charges for usage above the included allowances after trial. An alert does not stop charges; an applicable hard spending limit stops further chargeable work. Trial usage stops at its included limits. Agent identities do not change the number of people covered by your subscription. Customer-funded provider charges must not be duplicated as Topolo model charges. Accepted rate-card versions are retained with the purchase record; changed usage prices require notice and acceptance before additional charges use those rates. 5.3 Price Changes We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect existing subscription periods. 5.4 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
