Review a service’s credit quote and spending limit before paid work starts. Usage receipts show credits consumed, pending reservations and the available balance. Eligibility depends on your organization’s access and the service’s published credit rate. Purchased credits do not expire. You may request a discretionary refund of unused purchased credits within 30 calendar days of purchase. Pending usage is reconciled first. Mandatory legal rights continue to apply. Existing Topolo subscriptions remain governed by their accepted terms.
